All the topics are related to international R&D projects and collaborations.

Among the main arguments for MSc Thesis:

maritime applications of SMRs (Fincantieri-CETENA project),

Emergency Planning Zone for SMR/AMR for severe accident scenarios (SASPAM-SA Euratom project),

energy scenarios for SMR deployment, techno-economic study (JRP Nuclear project),

site availability for SMR construction in Italy, techno-logistic-legislative study (TBD),

Molten Salt Reactors (ENDURANCE Euratom project),

performance of new fuels for Advanced Modular Reactors,

modelling and experimental study on Large Scale Integral Facility and Compact Plate Heat Exchangers for SMR/AMR (EASI-SMR Euratom project),

design of micro reactors for space applications (ASI and Thales Alenia Space-Italy project),

robotised solutions for fusion reactors.

There will be the opportunity, in several cases, to spent abroad research periods (3-6 months, typically), in one of the EU or extra-EU partner organizations: universities, research centers, nuclear companies.
